Class size: 8 maximum. If more than 8 are interested, we’ll put you on a wait list & also schedule another class!
Timing: Do not be late. Plan to arrive & settle in a few minutes early. If you arrive late you will disrupt the energy and you’ll need to wait quietly outside.
